From my own experience I really enjoyed using this from the students perspective. It was a fun interactive way to do fun pre assessments before seeing the information. As a student you are able to anonymously say what you think without any fear of being judged. Pear Deck made the presentation that I was watching so much more fun and interactive than it otherwise would have been.
From other people they say that it is a fun way to get students interested and involved with the lesson. Some cons that teachers have is that it doesn't allow you to upload your own content and there are not as many collaborative features as some teachers would want. But I think that many to all of what is on Pear Deck can become collaborative in how you decide to use it.Pear Deck is a quick and easy way to take any presentation to the next level.
